Important: Shipping Depends on Where You Purchased
HIDE products in Europe may be purchased either:
• Directly from HIDECovers.com, fulfilled from our Germany warehouse; or
• Through authorised distributors and resellers across Europe.
Shipping arrangements are managed by the original place of purchase.
If you purchased from a distributor or reseller, their delivery options, charges, timeframes, tracking process and shipping terms apply. Please contact the place of purchase directly for shipping support.

2.1 Where We Ship From
All HIDECovers.com orders are dispatched from our European fulfilment partner warehouse:

2.2 Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of order placement, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing and dispatch times are estimates only and may vary due to warehouse capacity, stock availability, carrier collection times, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
2.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
You will see the delivery cost before you confirm your order.
2.4 VAT, Duties and Customs Charges
For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in the price shown at checkout where required, calculated in real time based on your location under applicable EU VAT rules.
For deliveries outside the European Union, including countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein, import duties, local taxes, customs charges or handling fees may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any import duties, local taxes, customs charges or handling fees for non-EU destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where applicable and technically available, these charges may be estimated or shown at checkout. If they are not shown at checkout, they may still be payable by the recipient before or after delivery, depending on the destination country and carrier process.
2.5 Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and local conditions. The estimates below are business days and exclude order processing time:
• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Neighbouring EU countries: 2–5 business days
• France, Italy and Spain: 3–7 business days
• Nordics: 4–8 business days
• Other EU destinations: 5–10 business days
• Non-EU European destinations: delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing
These are estimates only. Peak periods, carrier disruptions, remote locations, customs processes and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
2.6 Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
2.7 Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of ordering.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, or due to failed delivery attempts where you were unavailable, re-shipping costs may apply.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
2.8 Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your HIDECovers.com order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly at admin@hidecovers.com with:
• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photos of the packaging; and
• Photos of the items received.
Please do not install, modify or use goods that appear damaged, incorrect or incomplete without first contacting HIDE.
We will advise the next steps as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Purchases Through Authorised Distributors or Resellers
If you purchased HIDE products through an authorised distributor or reseller, shipping is arranged by that seller.
Please contact your distributor or reseller directly for:
• Delivery options and costs;
• Delivery timeframes;
• Tracking and delivery updates;
• Delivery issues; and
• Any shipping-related claims.

Returns, Cancellations and Delivery Cost Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on returns, cancellations, consumer withdrawal rights and delivery cost refunds.
For valid EU/EEA or UK consumer withdrawals, HIDE will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, where applicable.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, such as express, premium or upgraded freight, HIDE is not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or HIDE has agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to HIDE.
For B2B, trade, professional, distributor and account purchases, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable for approved B2B returns unless the goods were faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or HIDE has agreed otherwise in writing.
